As a Guest Security Officer, you will be pivotal in maintaining safety at our Alberta and Saskatchewan locations. This hands-on position requires strong communication and judgment to handle guest inquiries and incidents while remaining professional under pressure. Your proactive approach will enhance guests' overall experience and help support various hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols of hallways and parking lots
• Monitor safety and security concerns in public areas
• Complete incident and security logs accurately




• Assist with guest inquiries and problem resolutions
• Support Front Desk and Food & Beverage teams as needed

Requirements:
• High school diploma and valid security licence required
• CPR certification required or willingness to obtain
• 1–2 years in safety or security required
• Solid communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Reliable with flexible availability including nights and weekends
