SAFE-T CLINICIAN/SOCIAL WORKER 1 Contract Full-Time Positions (Approx. 7 months - September 2026-April 2027 with a possible extension) Annual Salary Range: $72,241.71 – 79,571.80 LOCATION: George Hull Centre for Children and Families Etobicoke, Ontario The Sexual Abuse Family Education Treatment Program (SAFE-T) at the George Hul Centre is currently looking for a highly skilled, experienced Clinician/Social Worker to join our team.
The SAFE-T Program is a specialized community-based clinic that provides evidence-based assessment and treatment services for: children and youth who have experienced intrafamilial sexual abuse; children with concerning sexual behaviours and youth who have engaged in sexually harming behaviours within their families and/or the community. The SECURE-T Program also provides consultation & training and conducts research.
Working within a multi-disciplinary team our senior clinicians will provide comprehensive clinical assessments and treatment through individual, family and group therapy for children, youth and families who have been impacted by sexual abuse. They will provide clinical case co-ordination and work collaboratively with other agencies.
JOB POSTING The Clinician will take on special projects in collaboration with the Clinical Team Managers and Directors to support the continued development, clinical leadership and evaluation of the SAFE-T Program, as well as provide specialized training and consultation within the SAFE-T Program, George Hull Centre and community.

The successful candidates will have extensive experience working with children and youth of a variety of ages and their families, using a variety of evidence based sexual abuse-specific therapeutic modalities.
QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s degree in social work (or equivalent) from a university of recognized standing,
Required - Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate supervised experience leading to demonstrated ability in the clinical assessment and treatment of children and youth who have experienced intrafamilial sexual abuse, children with concerning sexual behaviours and youth who have sexually offended
Registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers or membership in the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
Ability to provide sexual abuse specific clinical consultation and training.




Demonstrated knowledge of provincial and federal laws related to the delivery of mental health services related to children, youth and families including individuals involved in the criminal justice system i.e. Child, Youth and Family Services Act, Youth Criminal Justice Act etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent time management, and dedication to professional development are essential.
Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Willingness to collaborate and participate in research and program evaluation projects.
