Ducks Unlimited Canada is seeking a skilled Program Content Manager to lead strategic content development remotely. This role emphasizes storytelling and engagement for conservation and science initiatives across the nation.
You will report to the Director of Brand & Communications, managing a team while developing a national content strategy. Candidates must have at least seven years of relevant experience in communications skills, along with profound insights into environmental science and nonprofit work. Collaboration with internal and external partners will be key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creation of content strategies supporting marketing goals
• Ensure brand standards and messaging alignment
• Guide and mentor content specialists
• Coordinate high-quality multimedia content development
• Monitor performance of content initiatives
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in communications, with management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in communications or comparable field
• Solid aptitude for audience segmentation and digital strategies
• Project coordination experience in multi-stakeholder settings
• Bilingualism (French) is a valued asset
