As part of our People Systems Team, you'll be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Workday Payroll. This position blends maintain existing workflows with leading strategic initiatives to automate manual tasks and onboard new payroll regions. Your role will facilitate smooth operations and compliance across various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions
• Oversee end-to-end payroll changes and testing
• Lead efforts for onboarding current payroll countries




• Identify automation opportunities to reduce errors
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex payroll issues

Requirements:
• 5+ years in HRIS/People Systems; at least 3 in Workday
• Deep knowledge of payroll processing and reconciliations
• Strong analysis and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with confidential data
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
