RBC Insurance seeks a highly experienced DevOps and Quality Engineering Lead to enhance Salesforce application deployment and automation. As a hands-on technical leader, you will focus on CI/CD practices, test automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless releases. Your leadership will help cultivate a culture of quality, automation, and efficiency within the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee DevOps and Quality Engineering activities for Salesforce
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Identify and reduce manual testing and deployment
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex DevOps issues
• Guide and mentor development and QE teams
Requirements:
• 8+ years in software engineering or DevOps
• Proficiency with Salesforce tools like Flosum
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD and QA strategies
• Experience with Agile and SDLC practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
