In this full-time in-office role, your primary responsibility will be to prepare competitive quotes for General Contractors. Through reviewing project requirements and specifications, you’ll create accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects. Your ability to clarify project scopes and follow-up with customers will solidify deals and foster relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Actively engage in customer development and sales outreach
• Analyze drawings to quote jobs accurately
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects




• Follow up with customers regarding their quotes
• Conduct pre-bid calls for improved clarity on projects

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education is essential
• Knowledge of the construction sector is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
