This role requires creating a welcoming environment and adapting activities to support individual needs in collaboration with other staff members. Work varies by location and program, emphasizing a positive experience for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate participant engagement and development
• Maintain a secure and hygienic environment




• Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals
• Attend to the individual needs of participants
• Communicate updates and concerns to families

Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Background check clearance necessary
• Experience with diverse needs preferred
