Ce rle collabore troitement avec les quipes de projet, les techniciens et les clients afin dimplanter et de maintenir des solutions systmes fiables rpondant aux exigences oprationnelles et de performance.

Lanalyste systmes I est responsable du dpannage technique, du soutien aux mises niveau et aux intgrations, du maintien de la documentation ainsi que de la contribution aux efforts dautomatisation et de standardisation, tout en assurant une prestation de services et un soutien client de haute qualit. RESPONSABILITS : Installer, configurer et tester les infrastructures de serveurs, de stockage et de rseau Installer, configurer et tester les plateformes de virtualisation Installer, configurer et tester les plateformes logicielles de gestion de scurit physique et audiovisuelle Analyser les besoins des clients et mettre en uvre les fonctionnalits systmes afin dy rpondre Analyser les contraintes systme, les performances et les exigences de charge de travail Appliquer les configurations afin doptimiser les performances du systme Configurer et tester les intgrations prtes lemploi afin de permettre linteroprabilit des vnements et des contrles entre les sous-systmes Participer au dveloppement de scripts, dimages et dautres techniques dautomatisation afin de rduire les tches rptitives et amliorer la cohrence Maintenir, dpanner et assurer le service des infrastructures mentionnes ci-dessus Planifier et effectuer les mises niveau logicielles et des systmes dexploitation Dvelopper et maintenir les procdures oprationnelles (Method Of Procedures) pour les mises niveau et les implantations de systmes Travailler directement avec dautres analystes systmes, gestionnaires de projet, quipes des ventes et ressources en ingnierie afin de concevoir les infrastructures TI soutenant les solutions de scurit physique et audiovisuelles Soutenir les efforts des ventes et de conception dans la spcification des composantes TI et des mthodes dintgration tre responsable de linstallation et de lintgration des systmes, en veillant au respect des chanciers et la livraison dune solution de qualit Collaborer troitement avec les techniciens en systmes intgrs afin dassurer la russite des projets Rpondre aux demandes des techniciens en systmes intgrs, les soutenir et contribuer leur apprentissage et leur dveloppement en infrastructures TI Dvelopper et maintenir des relations clients tout en renforant la confiance et le respect envers les capacits de lorganisation dans lindustrie Soutenir le PMO dans la planification des dploiements Prparer et maintenir la documentation de faon efficace et professionnelle Faire preuve dorganisation, denthousiasme et suivre les directives de la direction de PTI Rechercher, prototyper et dvelopper des intgrations entre les composantes des systmes de scurit physique et logique tre disponible pour participer une rotation de garde aprs les heures normales de travail Autres tches assignes. QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES : Minimum dun (1) an dexprience progressive en technologies de linformation, incluant une exprience dmontre dans la conception, le dploiement et le soutien de systmes complexes Diplme dtudes postsecondaires dun institut technologique en informatique ou en lectronique, ou formation quivalente acquise dans les forces armes Capacit dobtenir diffrents niveaux dhabilitation de scurit Exprience requise en programmation des plateformes Genetec, Lenel et Avigilon.

Certains dplacements peuvent tre requis. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- JOB SUMMARY: The Systems Analyst I supports the deployment, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of IT infrastructure and physical security systems, including servers, virtualization platforms, networking environments, and security management software.

This role works closely with project teams, technicians, and clients to implement and maintain reliable system solutions that meet operational and performance requirements.

The Systems Analyst I is responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting system upgrades and integrations, maintaining documentation, and contributing to automation and standardization efforts, while ensuring high-quality system delivery and customer support. RESPONSIBILITIES: Install, configure, and test server, storage, and network infrastructure Install, configure, and test virtualization platforms Install, configure, and test Physical Security and AV management software platforms Analyze customer requirements and implement system features to meet those needs Analyze system constraints, performance, and workload requirements Apply configurations to maximize system performance Configure and test off the shelf integrations to enable event and control interoperability between subsystems Participate in developing scripts, images and other automation techniques to minimize repeat work and improve consistency Maintain, troubleshoot, and service issues related to the above infrastructure Plan and deliver software and OS upgrades Develop and maintain Method Of Procedures for system upgrades and implementations Work directly with other Systems Analysts, Project Managers, Sales, and Engineering resources to help design IT infrastructure supporting Physical Security and Audio Video solutions Support sales and design efforts and activities in specifying IT components and integration methods Be accountable for the installation and integration of systems, ensuring timelines are met and a quality solution is delivered Work closely and collaborate with our Integrated Systems Technicians to ensure successful system delivery Respond, support, and be available to Integrated Systems Technicians, while supporting and mentoring their learning and growth in IT infrastructure Develop and maintain client relationships while building confidence and respect in the organizations abilities throughout the industry Support the PMO in planning deployments Prepare and maintain documentation in an efficient and professional manner Be organized, enthusiastic, and take direction from PTI leadership Research, prototype,



and develop integrations between the components of physical and logical security systems Be willing and available to participate in an after-hours On-Call rotation Other Duties As Assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 1 years progressive experience in Information Technology, with proven experience in designing, deploying, and supporting complex systems Post-secondary degree or diploma from a Technology Institute in computing or electronics, or equivalent training with the armed forces.

Must have experience with Genetec, Lenel and Avigilon programming.

Ability to pass varying levels of security clearance Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical data and analysis to internal and external stakeholders Sound organizational skills, with the capability to handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and priority-changing environment Ability to work independently or in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills Robust analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable with remote work and participating in remote teams Windows Server, Windows 10/11, and SQL Server VMware, Hyper-V or other HCI/virtualization platforms IP networking, SD-Wan, routers/switch configurations PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Understanding of, and experience with, Access Control, Video Management Systems, Intrusion devices and systems, Intercoms, Cameras, Switches, Firewalls, and Wireless Solutions, RFID Systems, Key Management Systems, Virtualization Design and Administration and integration between those systems.
