Role Title: Management Consultant / Business Strategy Specialist
Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote
micro1 is engaging Management Consultant / Business Strategy Specialists to contribute to a customer's strategic project initiative. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity involves leveraging your background in management consulting and business strategy to develop recommendations, executive presentations, market analyses, and operational assessments.



Success in this engagement depends on your ability to craft transparent written and verbal communications, develop visually rich materials, and distill complex information for diverse audiences.
Scope of Work
Develop and review strategic recommendations based on client objectives and industry best practices
Create executive-level presentations, slide decks, and business reports with compelling visualizations and data-driven insights
Conduct market analyses and operational assessments, synthesizing findings into actionable frameworks
Construct and interpret complex financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses
Evaluate and critique business documents, providing structured feedback to enhance clarity and impact
Design rubrics and scoring criteria from visual documents or presentations (e.g., PowerPoint decks)
Summarize key insights in a manner that supports high-level decision-making and AI model training use cases
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience as a Management Consultant, Strategy Consultant, Corporate Strategy Manager, Business Consultant, Transformation Consultant, or Big 4 Consultant
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, precision, and professionalism
Proficiency in developing executive presentations, business reports, and visually engaging documents
Advanced analytical and critical thinking abilities, including experience with market research and financial modeling
Skilled in interpreting and summarizing complex information for non-technical and executive audiences
Familiarity with creating rubrics, frameworks, or scoring guides from business materials
Comfort working independently in a remote, collaborative project environment
