Our client, a highly regarded family-owned commercial real estate firm, seeks a Leasing Coordinator to handle their diverse portfolio of retail, industrial, and office spaces totaling around 400,000 sq ft. This role covers the entire leasing cycle and encourages you to shape your contributions based on your skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare offers to lease, leases, and amendments
• Track leasing activities, negotiate renewals, and terminations
• Manage tenant fit-ups and coordinate trades for inspections




• Maintain effective communication with architects and designers
• Perform A/P and A/R support for office operations

Requirements:
• At least two years of experience in commercial leasing
• Capability to read and interpret complex lease language
• Relevant degree or designation highly preferred
• Knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Yardi beneficial
• Solid relationship-building and teamwork skills
