Leavitt Machinery is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Operations Administrator in Coquitlam, BC. This onsite role focuses on effective vendor relations and accurate order processing for parts management.

In the Parts Operations Administrator position, you will collaborate with the Parts Administration team to manage purchase orders effectively. Your responsibilities include using Microsoft AX ERP, resolving order challenges, and maintaining strong communication with vendors. Enhancing inbound cost management through strategic ordering will also be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage purchase orders and data entry in Microsoft AX
• Communicate with vendors about order issues and backorders




• Follow up on outstanding orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Implement vendor freight strategies to reduce costs
• Maintain knowledge of Parts department processes

Requirements:
• Minimum of one year in administrative or customer service roles
• Proficiency with Microsoft AX is advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
