In this critical position, you will collaborate with the Maintenance and Engineering departments to ensure inventory meets production demands while minimizing costs. Responsibilities include effective vendor management, maintenance of essential documentation, and assisting in contractor compliance. Your ability to proactively manage assets will directly contribute to the overall success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and track inventory levels for production schedules
• Generate purchase orders and resolve invoicing discrepancies
• Maintain up-to-date asset records within the CMMS




• Document work orders and PM activities comprehensively
• Assist with safety compliance during contractor orientation

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is required
• 3-6 months of related experience or equivalent training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Solid communication and organizational abilities
• Capacity to maintain calm in challenging situations
