We are looking for a passionate Party Facilitator who can design and implement fun activities tailored to various age groups and themes. You will oversee group transitions, maintain cleanliness, and supervise volunteers to ensure smooth operations during parties. Additionally, you will report incidents and manage equipment setup and takedown, enhancing the overall experience for children and parents alike.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and facilitate games tailored to age groups
• Coordinate transitions between activity areas
• Set-up and take-down equipment for parties




• Communicate effectively with birthday hosts
• Supervise and mentor volunteers assisting during events

Requirements:
• Current Standard First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• Recreation programming or group facilitation experience
• At least 18 years old
• Solid communication with children and parents
• Ability to adapt activities based on group dynamics
