You will play a key role in making data accessible,digestible, andactionable, while supporting teamswithyour analytical mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to share information and insights effectively.

Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources to identify trends, gaps, and key findings

Put results into context bytaking into accountbusiness realities, customer and market dynamics, and organizational objectives

Translate analyses into clearsummaries, presentations, and recommendations tailored to different audiences

Support teams in understanding andleveragingdashboards, performance indicators, and analytical tools

Gather feedback,needs,and insights from users, markets, customers, and subsidiaries to enrich analyses

Analyze theoutcomesof campaigns, product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and customer experience projects to identify valuable learnings andformulaterecommendations

Collaborate with business, analytics, and marketing teams to foster knowledge sharing anddrivethe continuous improvement of tools

Qualifications

Hold a university degree in business administration ora related field

Have 5 to 8 years ofrelevantexperience in analytics, customer and market insights, marketing, performance measurement, or customer experience

Demonstrate solid analytical, synthesis,



and communication skills,and be abletoturncomplex information into clear and actionable insights

Possessa strong understanding of business realities andB2Bdynamics

Be comfortable presenting results, supporting users, and collaborating with stakeholdersacross the organization

Demonstrate autonomy, attention to detail, curiosity, and adaptability

Be familiar withPower BI, CRM platforms, or other analytics tools (an asset)
