Administer prescribed hair loss and scalp treatments according to treatment protocols and guidelines.

Manage patient appointments to ensure efficient scheduling.

Encourage timely at-home care, refilling, and consistency for optimal results

Make phone calls to realign patients and promote new products, services as needed.

Educate patients on proper aftercare and answer questions about their prescribed treatments.

Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supporting team goals and organizational objectives.





Actively develop and refine skillsets to achieve mastery in the role through company provided ongoing education.

Train and mentor new team members, contributing to departmental growth and leadership.

Education and Experience:

Education and Certification:

Possession a high school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

Experience in trichology is a bonus but not required, education is provided.

Experience in sales is a bonus but not a requirement,education is provided

Starting from $49,921.92 - $73,999 Base salary, Performance bonuses and Commissions

Work 35 hours and get paid 40 hours with paid 1 hour lunch breaks, Receive paid time off, paid vacation, and extended health benefits
