Dye & Durham seeks a seasoned Payroll Specialist to enhance payroll operations across Canada. This role requires advanced expertise in Dayforce and a commitment to compliance.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will accurately and promptly process bi-weekly payroll while managing essential payroll transactions such as promotions and salary adjustments. Your role will involve utilizing ADP systems and collaborating with HR and Finance to maintain the integrity of payroll data. This hands-on position demands extensive experience in payroll legislation and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely payroll processing for all employee types
• Manage payroll transactions and statutory deductions
• Resolving discrepancies through data audits
• Maintain compliance with payroll legislation
• Prepare payroll reports and general ledger entries
Requirements:
• Minimum 6-7 years of payroll administration experience
• In-depth knowledge of Dayforce Payroll
• Solid Canadian payroll legislation understanding
• PCP designation preferred
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
