Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate inspections and field assessments
• Prepare reports detailing inspections and cost estimates
• Manage documentation packages for CCC/FAC




• Verify infrastructure obligations and timelines
• Perform onsite monitoring of construction activities

Requirements:
• Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of construction repair methods
• Robust familiarity with municipal design standards
• Class 5 Driver’s License for site visits
