You will report to the Director of Capacity, overseeing capacity team operations and ensuring daily load management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage logistics capacity team
• Monitor daily load volumes and carrier availability
• Secure transportation capacity with preferred carriers




• Track and evaluate carrier performance metrics
• Coordinate with dispatch, terminal, and warehouse teams

Requirements:
• 1–3 years in logistics or transportation
• Proficient in MS Excel and logistics software
• Familiarity with load planning and carrier sourcing
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is advantageous
• Flexibility for Canadian statutory holiday work
