Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to the care plan set by supervisors
• Facilitate resident move-ins and transfers
• Observe and report care/service issues properly
• Assist residents with personal care and daily activities
• Elevate medical emergencies to supervisor as needed

Requirements:
• Graduate of Personal Support Worker program
• Proven experience in senior community health services
• Robust communication and organizational skills
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting
