Join APEGA as an Individual Practice Analyst in Edmonton, focusing on compliance and data analysis. Bring your expertise in regulatory frameworks and internal systems to ensure protected engineering practices.
This role reports to the Individual Practice Manager or Supervisor and plays a critical part in supporting Individual Practice policies and procedures. You will apply advanced analytics to ensure quality assurance, data assessment, and compliance monitoring. The position emphasizes risk identification and procedural development for sound regulatory decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze processes and user interfaces for system alignment
• Apply knowledge to manage risks in business processes
• Conduct data analysis to identify compliance trends
• Complete quality assurance for registrant information
• Develop continuing registration procedures and recommendations
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma; degree preferred
• 5-8 years of relevant administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Aptify experience an asset
• Knowledgeable with regulatory policies and frameworks
• Experience in compliance monitoring and risk management
