CAA Club Group (CCG) is seeking an experienced Manager, Application Support & DevOps to lead the production support,
operational stability, and continuous improvement of Club Digital Applications, Travel Systems, MuleSoft integrations, and ERS platforms. This role will manage a team of Application Support Analysts and DevOps resources, ensuring high system availability, operational excellence, and exceptional service delivery while partnering with business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams.
What You Will Do
Lead and develop a team of Application Support Analysts and DevOps resources
Manage day-to-day support operations, incident management, problem management, and production stability
Own application availability, service levels, operational KPIs, and major incident response
Oversee release management, deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management
Drive automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency
Manage vendor relationships, support contracts, escalations, upgrades, and patches
Ensure production readiness, disaster recovery planning, and operational compliance with security standards
Partner with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions

Who You Are
10+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, or DevOps
5+ years of people leadership experience
Experience supporting customer-facing digital applications and enterprise systems
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational automation
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Linux/Windows environments, APIs, and enterprise integrations
Experience supporting MuleSoft, web applications, and database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
Robust vendor management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
