As an Intermediate Molding Technologist, you will play a key role in the design, validation, and launch of recent tooling. This position requires collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to address and resolve tooling and forming challenges efficiently. Your technical contribution will directly impact process stability and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and approve new tooling designs and specifications
• Provide support during installation and production ramp-up
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and inspection standards




• Analyze tooling issues and implement corrective actions
• Train staff on safe tooling practices and compliance

Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum three years in automotive tooling or fixture engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and related software
• Experience with quality tools in automotive manufacturing
• Strong communication skills with bilingual assets preferred
