Our client is looking for an ERP Change Management Specialist with extensive experience to facilitate crucial change management activities. You will play a key role in process discovery for Hire to Retire, Procure to Pay, and Plan to Budget, while also conducting stakeholder engagement and readiness assessments. Your documentation skills and stakeholder management will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and map current-state processes for SAP
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and validation sessions
• Execute change impact assessments and readiness plans




• Create comprehensive communication and training materials
• Maintain effective stakeholder engagement and documentation practices

Requirements:
• 5+ years of relevant change management experience
• Expertise in ERP processes and mapping techniques
• Solid stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
• Preferable experience with SAP SuccessFactors or public sector
• Certify with Prosci or CCMP beneficial
