This is not a traditional contract role. You will be helping shape how AI systems understand and reason about complex financial concepts.About the RoleOur client is building and refining AI models that need to perform accurately across specialized domains. As a Senior FP&A Manager consultant, you will evaluate AI-generated financial content, identify errors in reasoning and methodology, and help improve model outputs across corporate finance use cases.What You Will DoReview and assess AI-generated responses related to FP&A workflows and financial strategyIdentify factual, technical, and reasoning errors in model outputsWrite and refine high-quality financial prompts, scenarios, and evaluationsProvide expert-level annotations grounded in real-world finance practiceFlag gaps in how the AI handles budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning tasksDomain FocusFinancial planning and analysisBudgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisLong-range planning and scenario modelingCapital allocation and strategic financeManagement reporting and board-level presentationsWhat We Are Looking For5+ years of experience in FP&A,



strategic finance, or corporate financeTarget backgrounds: FP&A Analyst, Senior FP&A Manager, Capital Allocation Specialist, Strategic Finance LeadCFA or MBA in Finance preferredStrong command of financial modeling, forecasting methodology, and planning cyclesAbility to articulate where AI reasoning goes wrong and whyComfortable working independently in a remote, async-first environmentWork Style and ExpectationsThis is a versatile remote engagement. You set your schedule. The work is async, output-driven, and can be completed alongside existing commitments.
