Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Job DescriptionWho are you?As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in:Managingthe development of cost estimates for projects from concept through executionAnalyzingtender returns to ensure the client receives value for moneyEngagingin value engineering discussions to identify the best solution available for the clientProvidinglife cycle cost and sustainability adviceBenchmarking for validation and target-setting on major projectsTaking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesWorking in project teams to ensure the clients goals are managed and achievedQualifications7+ years of experience in cost estimating positions across all project phasesA recognized university degree (or equivalent)
