The Manager will work closely with the Director of Health Innovation and engage with various stakeholders to oversee program activities. Key Responsibilities: • Guide strategic priorities of the Health Innovation Pathway • Oversee program activities,



including reporting and procurement • Lead planning for technology adoption in healthcare • Monitor performance and recommend operational improvements • Supervise a team while fostering a culture of innovation

Requirements: • Master's degree in health-related field • 7+ years in health system strategy and implementation • 3+ years leading teams and projects • Strong knowledge of Ontario’s Health System • Proven stakeholder collaboration and change management skills
