You will provide technical expertise in robotic and electrostatic paint application processes to deliver continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence.Paint Production ManagerPermanentMonday to Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 1:30pmSalary dependent on experiencePickeringJob DescriptionLead and manage automated robotic paint production facilities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements and customer specifications are achieved.Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring KPIs such as RFT, OEE, productivity, scrap, downtime and labour.Provide technical leadership for paint processes and equipment, including robotic paint systems, electrostatic and conventional spraying technologies,
