We want to hear from you.As an assistant superintendent within Pomerleau's civil engineering & infrastructure team, you will support the superintendent in coordinating on‑site activities to ensure smooth project execution. Working on large‑scale construction projects – ranging from 1.5 million dollars to over a billion dollars – you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the completion of the work by facilitating communication between teams and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.What you will doSupport and provide leadership related to the setting, quality, and occupational health and safety: Participate in the implementation of current plans and promote best practices in safety and quality with resource persons.Participate in planning: Contribute to the development of the plan established by the site and the update of the master schedule.Proactive coordination: Participate in and initiate meetings with subcontractors and the project team to resolve issues.Schedule tracking:
