Salary: CA$80,000.00-CA$90,000.00.As Accounting Manager, you will oversee the organization’s financial operations and direct all accounting functions, including establishing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures, as well as preparing financial statements and reporting to senior leadership. You are a critical thinker and persuasive communicator, energetic and results-driven. You lead with a positive, hands-on approach, inspiring your team by example. Reporting to the President, you will:ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, develop, and support the finance teamOversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, payroll, AP/AR, and statutory reportingPrepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsLead the year-end audit and ensure accurate preparation of audited financial statementsManage capital assets, tracking,
