Our client, a leading Tier 1 manufacturing supplier is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team (a team of 8 across all Ontario locations) at their facility in Windsor. This role supports finance and operational activites across multiple manufacturing plants in Ontario. The position is responsible for plant accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, cost accounting, budgeting, and operational financial analysis within an automotive manufacturing environment. The position reports to the Corporate Controller.NOTE:Day shift100% onsiteUp to 20% travel to clients locations in OntarioRESPONSIBILITIES:Managing month‑end close activities, journal entries, and monthly/quarterly reporting for both internal reporting and Stellantis corporate requirementsCompleting and approving balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with Stellantis reconciliation standardsReviewing plant spending against budget and approving purchase requisitions within company authority guidelinesOverseeing the standard costing system, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), inventory control, variance reporting, and annual cost roll updatesSupporting current business quoting activities through costing and profitability analysisAssisting with annual budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining financial modelsPerforming daily, weekly, and monthly financial performance analysis and reporting operational results versus budgetManaging fixed asset accounting,



reconciliations, asset additions/disposals, and shop‑floor asset trackingSupporting plant continuous improvement projects, audits, and other ad‑hoc financial initiativesREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
