Job Description Print and Mail Insertion Operator Become part of a team focused on delivering high-quality print and document services in a professional production setting.

What is in it for you: Hourly salary of $21. 4-month contract.

Full time position: 37.50 hours per week.

Weekday schedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

On-site work in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities: Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Work with the Lead Print Operator to review production schedules.

Determine output requirements.

Perform document setup and manipulation as required.

Review and approve proofs to ensure quality meets or exceeds customer requirements.

Insert multiple documents into envelopes.

Program jobs into insertion equipment.

Perform maintenance and repairs in high-frequency service areas to maximize uptime.

Resolve production issues.

Maintain production equipment and replenish supplies.

Monitor supply inventory.

Provide backup support for processing Loomis deliveries.

Perform other duties as required.

Act as a backup delivery driver.

What you will need to succeed:



Required qualifications Post-secondary technology training or equivalent experience.

Valid driver''s licence. 1+ year of experience working in a print shop environment.

Required Competencies Ability to operate large centralized digital equipment.

Ability to identify production inconsistencies and quality issues.

Ability to use PC applications in a networked environment.

Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.

Ability to listen, understand, and communicate effectively.

Willingness to learn and develop.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Primelink Printers.

Experience with Free

Flow.

Experience with Bell & Howell insertion equipment.

Experience with Neo

Post/Quadient mail machines.

Experience with Pitney Bowes insertion machines.
