Your new role As Assistant Superintendent, you will support the Site Superintendent in the day-to-day management of residential construction projects from framing through to possession.

You will play a key role in ensuring homes arepleted safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

What you''ll need to succeed Assisting with the coordination of trades, suppliers, and site activities.

Conducting quality control inspections throughout the construction process.

Supporting scheduling and ensuring project milestones are achieved.

Monitoring site safety and maintainingpliance withpany and regulatory requirements.

Assisting with home orientations,



deficiency management, and possession activities.

Building positive working relationships with homeowners, trades, and project stakeholders.

Maintaining accurate site documentation and progress reporting.

What you''ll get in return 1-3 years of experience in residential construction, ideally as an Assistant Superintendent, Site Coordinator, Lead Carpenter, or similar role.

Experience working on single-family home construction projects.

Strong understanding of residential building practices, construction sequencing, and quality standards.

Excellentmunication and organization skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.

Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
