Become a Night Auditor at Hyatt Regency Calgary and create welcoming experiences for our guests. In this part-time role, you'll lead the Front Desk overnight while ensuring excellent service.

As a night auditor, you'll bring your skills to oversee nightly operations and collaborate with various departments. This position requires experience in hospitality, financial reporting through audits, and exceptional guest service skills. You will manage cash and credit procedures while assisting guests with their arrivals and departures.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Front Desk operations during overnight shifts
• Conduct night audit processes and prepare next-day reports
• Assist guests with arrivals and departures




• Maintain high service levels through courteous communication
• Prepare daily internal hotel communications

Requirements:
• Minimum of one year experience as a Night Auditor
• Previous PMS experience mandatory; OPERA preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
• Valid work authorization for Canada
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
