CarePros is seeking an After-Hours Program Supervisor to lead crisis response for 24/7 care programs in Edmonton and surrounding areas. You will mentor frontline staff, uphold trauma-informed, harm-reduction practices, and support youth with complex needs.
You will coordinate after-hours operations, liaise with service partners, and ensure secure, high-quality care while remaining calm in high-stress moments.
