Join a business management team supporting governance, financial support, and operational improvement initiatives within a complex public sector workplace. This role focuses on business requirements analysis, process mapping, reporting, governance support, and stakeholder engagement across evolving business and technical environments. The position offers exposure to cross-functional collaboration, executive-level reporting, and operational process improvement initiatives.
1 year contract to start, 3 days/week onsite in Richmond.
Must Haves
Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis , business operations, financial analysis, business management, or information technology experience




Business requirements elicitation , analysis, and documentation
Process mapping and workflow analysis
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Power Query and Power Pivot
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, or related discipline (must have 8+ years working experience with diploma)
Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements
Develop process maps, workflows, business rules, and operating frameworks
Facilitate process analysis and recommend workflow improvements
Develop and maintain governance frameworks, standards, and policies
Conduct analysis to support management decision-making
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources
Develop reports and executive briefing material
