TRP is hiring a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to enhance a significant infrastructure initiative. In this role, you will contribute to the development of the BIM Execution Plan and manage communication among various design consultants. Your skills will ensure that all design processes meet required standards and contractual compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Coordinate BIM workflows and deliverables
• Conduct compliance checks on design information
• Integrate and manage the federated BIM model
• Assist in producing As-Built models based on data
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Experience as a BIM Coordinator on significant projects
• Knowledge of design software including Civil 3D
• Understanding of international BIM standards
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
