Become an Early Childhood Educator Assistant with Summit Community Services Society, where you will inspire young children's growth through play and learning at Rocky Mountain Childcare.

We are looking for a dedicated ECE Assistant to work 40 hours weekly engaging with children aged 3 years to school age. You will plan and implement developmentally appropriate experiences, fostering independence while ensuring a positive and respectful environment. Following licensing regulations and maintaining communication with co-educators and families is critical to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and evaluate activities that encourage child growth
• Collaborate with co-educators to enhance learning




• Maintain open communication with families and co-workers
• Create and organize a welcoming educational environment
• Conduct regular cleaning and sanitizing duties

Requirements:
• ECEA Certification and a valid First Aid Certificate
• Food Protected Certificate and Criminal Record Check
• Strong leadership and organization skills
• Compassionate attitude towards children
• Ability to observe and ensure safety

Inspire and support children's development in an enriching early childhood environment.
