We are actively hiring Spare Winter Equipment Operators across Chester, Hebbville, and Liverpool to support winter maintenance efforts. Candidates will receive paid training, followed by hands-on experience plowing under an experienced operator's guidance. Note that this is a spare position, and hours vary based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplows, graders, and loaders effectively
• Complete maintenance checks and logs for equipment
• Perform necessary road repairs and traffic control tasks




• Engage in daily inspections of the work equipment
• Maintain safety standards during use of machinery

Requirements:
• Two years of experience or equivalent training
• Class III license with required endorsements
• Proficiency in reading and writing for documentation
• Ability to work outdoors in challenging weather
• Flexibility for road tests and local interviews
