The Canucks Autism Network is hiring Support Workers to assist autistic individuals in community-based programs such as Swim and Multisport. You will play a vital role in ensuring each child feels supported through personalized guidance. This role emphasizes team collaboration and respect for participant uniqueness, creating a nurturing atmosphere for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a welcoming, safe environment
• Customize activities for effective engagement
• Promote participant confidence and success
• Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols
• Collaborate constructively with team members

Requirements:
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Required successful Criminal Record Check
• Versatile for evening and weekend shifts
• Ability to assist beginners in Swim and Skate programs
• Knowledge of autism and supportive strategies
