Key Responsibilities:
• Complete service requests for in-suite and common areas
• Perform appliance repairs and routine plumbing tasks




• Conduct maintenance using carpentry skills when needed
• Maintain grounds and report repair needs to management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED completion
• 1+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Familiarity with plumbing and electrical systems
• Basic electrical and tool proficiency required
• WHMIS certification considered an asset
