As the Residential and Leasing Tenant Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary contact for both tenants and property owners. This full-time, on-site role involves scheduling tours, processing rental applications, and coordinating lease agreements while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will conduct suite inspections and advise on rental rate adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process suite rental applications and credit checks
