Join our Finance Department as a Part-Time Parking Review Representative. Provide essential customer service while managing parking fines and concerns for our community.

This role focuses on responding to inquiries about parking regulations, assisting public inquiries into monthly applications, and processing offence reviews. You will work 17.5 to 35 hours weekly, primarily on Mondays and Fridays, and two additional days. Your responsibilities also include liaising with external agencies and ensuring compliance with City policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries regarding parking fines and policies
• Process parking offence reviews and gather relevant information
• Adjust and cancel fines as authorized
• Monitor customer complaints and report parking issues
• Liaise with City departments and enforce compliance

Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in customer service
• Familiarity with parking policies and regulations
• Ability to research and analyze information
• Experience in administrative roles is preferred
• Available for flexible part time hours
