Key Responsibilities:
• Lead definition of training solutions from engagement to contract award
• Ensure stakeholder communication and effective product strategies




• Direct analysis and design activities with technical experts
• Manage risks related to solution development and delivery
• Evaluate cost estimates with multiple stakeholders

Requirements:
• 15 years in industry and military experience
• 10 years in training initiatives within defense sectors
• Experience in complex project management
• Knowledge of training methodologies and processes
• Must be eligible for Canadian and NATO Secret Security Clearances
