Located at the Recovery Centre, you will join a multi-disciplinary team focused on clients facing addictions, mental health challenges, and dual diagnoses. This role emphasizes respecting client individuality and supporting their diverse needs through effective care coordination, knowledge, and understanding of complex issues impacting health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate care for clients with addictions and mental illness
• Engage with clients from various age groups
• Employ crisis and suicide intervention techniques




• Adhere to skilled and ethical guidelines
• Maintain clear communication with the team and clients

Requirements:
• Diploma in a core mental health discipline preferred
• Relevant experience in mental health and addictions required
• Strong knowledge of the Mental Health Act
• Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Clear vulnerable sector police check
