Wage range: $25-35+/hr based on experience and certifications
We are a growing, year-round service department seeking the next generation of skilled problem solvers to join our team. We're looking for experienced window and door service technicians/glaziers who can adapt to current product lines and deliver precise, high-quality results across a wide range of products. Primary Responsibilities:
Diagnose issues and document all necessary details for repair or warranty claims.
Replace window and door hardware as needed.
Measure and install frameless glass showers with precision.
Perform glass replacements and glazing for new products.
Generate invoices and collect payments from clients upon job completion.
Communicate any scheduling delays promptly to the Service Coordinator.
Measure and install security shutters and Executive screens.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Deliver products to job sites as required.
Supervise and guide assistants on the job.
Report any service needs or damage to company vehicles immediately.
Participate in the company clothing program.
Maintain all required licenses and certifications for the role.




Provide support to the installation team when needed.
Requirements Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience in the fenestration industry is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
Current First Aid certification.
Valid Working at Heights certification.
Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Solid mathematical skills.
Comfortable using smartphones and related apps.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Highly self-motivated and driven.
