Join IRC as In-House Legal Counsel to support commercial transactions, legal operations, and strategic projects. Work alongside Senior Counsel in enhancing corporate governance and infrastructure initiatives.

This role is an exceptional opportunity to develop broad legal expertise while advising leadership on business strategy and governance issues. Ideal candidates will engage with various stakeholders, leveraging technology and creative solutions to improve legal processes and support IRC's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel on construction, governance, and corporate issues
• Oversee contract lifecycle and legal documentation
• Facilitate collaboration across business divisions




• Drive legal operations transformation and modernization
• Contribute to Indigenous and northern development initiatives

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• 2–3 years of legal practice experience
• Proven skills in drafting, negotiation, and analysis
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Commitment to continuous professional growth
