ConnectWell Community Health seeks a Residential Care Worker to provide short-term care for individuals with complex needs at the Smiths Falls Children’s Respite Home. The home becomes the employee’s primary residence during the work period.
The position offers a salary range of $29.68–$34.38 per hour, comprehensive perks including HOOPP, and a commitment to accessibility and equity. Reporting to the Team Lead, Respite Homes, this role is based in Smiths Falls, Ontario.
