As a key member of the Programs Department, you will facilitate smooth communication between clients and OSCIA. Your role involves helping stakeholders navigate online systems, application processes, and problem resolution. You'll draw on your experience in client-focused service to enhance participant satisfaction and support the organization’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
• Provide assistance with program eligibility and claims
• Document all client communications and feedback
• Elevate complex issues to appropriate staff
• Support creation of FAQs and online resources

Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a client service role
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Reliable transportation for travel
• French language proficiency is an asset
