As one of two coordinators, you will manage the delivery of MAiDHouse’s services, guiding clients from initial contact through their end-of-life journey. This position requires solid organizational abilities and a commitment to fostering community connections. You will also engage in documentation, crisis management, and ensure a welcoming space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with MAiD providers and support families with care
• Facilitate on-site MAiD processes and documentation
• Manage and ensure resource availability for clients




• Communicate effectively with community stakeholders
• Train and support volunteers in their roles

Requirements:
• Proven emotional resilience and flexibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Background in healthcare or community services preferred
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
• Openness to working flexible hours, including weekends
