Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide supportive counseling and crisis intervention
• Assess client needs and manage case documentation

• Manage high-demand situations with empathy and care
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human services or health sciences
• Experience with mental health or developmental disabilities
• Understanding of cultural sensitivities, particularly Indigenous

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required
